Frank handles service questions, price quotes and repairs equipment. Other staff members are incharge of inventory control, parts ordering and keeping everything updated. A-1 has been servicing air-cooled engines and generators since 1984, starting his career working for many distributors. He has attended many service schools and update clinics on various air cooled engines during this time.
